‘The Walking Dead’ Renewed For Season 11 With Lauren Cohan Returning As Maggie

The Walking Dead has been officially renewed for its eleventh season and will have Lauren Cohan back as Maggie.

During New York Comic Con, the official The Walking Dead twitter account confirmed that Angela Kang, the showrunner behind the hit AMC show, revealed to the audience that the show would be returning. It was also revealed that Lauren Cohan would be returning to the role of Maggie in the upcoming eleventh season.

Lauren Cohan is already set to be featured in the tail-end of The Walking Dead’s season 10, but this news confirms that she’ll be returning as a series regular in the upcoming eleventh season of the hit AMC show. Lauren Cohan was last seen in season 9. As fans may remember, Lauren Cohan exited the show to focus on her own drama Whiskey Cavalier, but the show was unfortunately canceled. However, this is the perfect opportunity for her to return to The Walking Dead.
