A recent Instagram post by Thor: Ragnarok director Taika Waititi shows Chris Hemsworth and himself showing their affection for star Anthony Hopkins.
The Instagram post shows Anthony Hopkins dressed as Odin albeit he’s lacking his classical garbs. Instead, he’s seen in his previously rumored Hobo look. You can check out the image below:
By Odin's Beard, it's Mr NZ and Mr Aus sharing an Anzac kiss through a sweaty Anthony Hopkins filter. You guys think I just fuck around all day hanging out with celebrities, but really I'm creating cultural ties and spiritual understanding between the different peoples of the world… through dumb photos. @chrishemsworth #Ragnarok #OdinSweat #HoppoSandwich #Anzacs #AtlantaHEAT #HannibalFilter
According to the caption, the picture appears to have been taken during the 3 weeks of planned reshoots in Atlanta, Georgia. With reshoots now over, the rest of the cast can continue to prep for the upcoming Avengers: Infinity War sequel.
Thor: Ragnarok stars Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo, Cate Blanchett, Tom Hiddleston, Tessa Thompson, Idris Elba, Karl Urban, Anthony Hopkins, and Jeff Goldblum.
Imprisoned on the other side of the universe, the mighty Thor (Chris Hemsworth) finds himself in a deadly gladiatorial contest that pits him against the Hulk (Mark Ruffalo), his former ally and fellow Avenger.
