With the release of Doctor Strange now behind us and 2016 soon coming to a close, fans of the Marvel Cinematic Universe are looking to the future. This time next year we will have seen the Guardians of the Galaxy return and Spider-Man make his solo film debut in the MCU. However, fresh on our minds will likely be Thor: Ragnarok, the third installment of the God of Thunder’s adventures. Though much of the film remains a secret, a recent set video has revealed footage that teases the films antagonist in action.
Thor: Ragnarok will star Academy Award winning actress Cate Blanchett as Hela, Goddess of death, the newest adversary for Thor. Youtube user bigfootkam has captured footage from the films set in Australia of Blanchett’s stunt double Zoe Bell in action, teasing just how much of a threat Hela will pose for our hero.
Check out the video below!
With Zoe Bell leaping and spinning with great speed and ferocity, fans can probably expect Hela to be a lethal challenge for Thor and his Asgardian allies.
Directed by Taika Waititi, Thor: Ragnarok stars Chris Hemsworth, Tom Hiddleston, Idris Elba, Anthony Hopkins, Cate Blanchett, Tessa Thompson, Jeff Goldblum, Karl Urban and Mark Ruffalo.
Thor: Ragnarok will be released in theaters on November 3, 2017.
