Roth dropped a new detail about Abomination's return in She-Hulk.

Tim Roth recently shared an interesting tidbit about the Abomination in Disney Plus’ She-Hulk.

Tim Roth’s Abomination is back in the Marvel Cinematic Universe after 13 years. While there were many complaints about the villains in the early Marvel films, Roth’s Abomination was a standout in The Incredible Hulk and is set to appear in She-Hulk next.

In Shang-Chi, Tim Roth returned with a new look more accurate to what’s in the comics. With She-Hulk, Roth revealed to The DisInsider that Abomination will have another look, turning back into his human form as Emil Blonsky.

It’s unclear how Tim Roth’s Abomination will turn back into a human. However, this She-Hulk plot point might also explain why Bruce Banner was back in the Shang-Chi mid-credits scene after becoming Smart Hulk following the events of Avengers: Infinity War. While Marvel’s Disney Plus shows have featured top-notch special effects for a TV series, the budget might’ve played a role in turning the super-soldier back into Emil Blonsky as well.

Before She-Hulk comes out, you can see Tim Roth’s Abomination return in Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings. Here is the film’s synopsis:

Shang-Chi must confront the past he thought he left behind when he is drawn into the web of the mysterious Ten Rings organization.

Directed by Destin Daniel Cretton from a script written by David Callaham, Shang-Chi stars Simu Liu, Awkwafina, Meng’er Zhang, Fala Chen, Florian Munteanu, Benedict Wong, Michelle Yeoh, Ben Kingsley, and Tony Leung.

Shang-Chi and the Legend of The Ten Rings is available on home media formats. She-Hulk will hit Disney Plus later this year. Stay tuned for all the latest news on the future of Tim Roth in She-Hulk, and be sure to subscribe to Heroic Hollywood’s YouTube channel for more original video content.
