DC Universe Unveils International Trailer For ‘Titans’

Titans DC UniverseToday, it was reported that Netflix has acquired the international streaming rights to DC Universe’s Titans. Now, Netflix has released a new trailer for the upcoming series that sheds new light on this darker take on the titular superhero team.

Included in the international trailer is additional information on the reason behind Dick Grayson’s fallout with Batman and his relationship with Rachel Roth. Fans can also watch more footage of Starfire and Beast Boy in action as the young heroes assemble to form a new team and family.

Titans follows young heroes from across the DC Universe as they come of age and find belonging in a gritty take on the classic Teen Titans franchise. Dick Grayson and Rachel Roth, a special young girl possessed by a strange darkness, get embroiled in a conspiracy that could bring Hell on Earth. Joining them along the way are the hot-headed Starfire and loveable Beast Boy. Together they become a surrogate family and team of heroes.

The series stars Brenton Thwaites as Richard “Dick” Grayson / Robin, Anna Diop as Koriand’r / Starfire, Teagan Croft as Rachel Roth / Raven, and Ryan Potter as Garfield “Gar” Logan / Beast Boy.

Titans premieres on Friday, October 12 on the DC Universe.
