The episode count and several of the titles for the second season of Titans may have just been revealed.
In a recent Reddit post, a user known as u/Vullein070 claimed to know the number of episodes that the second season of Titans would have as well as several of their names. Interestingly, the user states that he/she could only find ten of the season’s thirteen episodes which just may be the length of the upcoming season. This would make the season two episodes longer than the first season indicating that the showrunners have more story to tell.
Like the previous season of Titan, the titles for many of the episodes are named after heroes and events, giving us some idea as to when we can expect to see these characters in the upcoming season. You can see this full list below:
What do you all make fo this list? Are you looking forward to a longer second season of Titans? Should the series keep it short and sweet? Let us know what you think in the comments below!
Here is the synopsis for Titans‘ second season:
In the groundbreaking first season, Dick meets Rachel Roth aka Raven, a young girl with special abilities brought on by a mysterious darkness inside of her that she struggles to control, and together, they find themselves embroiled in a conspiracy to bring about Hell on Earth. Joined by the mysterious Kory Anders aka Starfire and lovable Gar Logan aka Beast Boy, these lost and disparate individuals become a surrogate family to one another and a team of heroes for the world.
In season two, following the aftermath of their encounter with Trigon, Dick reforms the Titans. Under his supervision in their new home at Titans Tower, Rachel, Gar and Jason Todd train together to hone their hero abilities and work together as a team. They are joined by Hank Hall and Dawn Granger aka Hawk and Dove and Donna Troy aka Wonder Girl. Although these original Titans attempt to transition into a regular life, when old enemies resurface everyone must come together to take care of unfinished business. And as this family of old and new Titans – including Conner Kent and Rose Wilson – learn to co-exist, the arrival of Deathstroke, brings to light the sins of the old Titans which threaten to tear this new Titans family apart once more.
The series stars Brenton Thwaites as Dick Grayson/Robin, Anna Diop as Starfire, Teagan Croft as Raven, Lindsey Gort as Detective Amy Rohrbach, Alan Ritchson as Hawk, Minka Kelly as Dove, Ryan Potter as Beast Boy, Dwain Murphy as Negative Man, Jake Michaels as Cliff Steel, April Bowlby as Elasti-Girl, Bruno Bichir as Dr. Niles Caulder, and Conor Leslie as Wonder Girl, with Curran Walters as Jason Todd and Iain Glen as Bruce Wayne.
The first season is currently available exclusively on DC Universe in the U.S. and on Netflix internationally. Also, Swamp Thing and Doom Patrol‘s first season are currently streaming on DC Universe. A Stargirl series is currently in development and expected to premiere on the streaming service sometime next year.
Titans Season 2 Premieres Friday, September 6 on DC Universe.
