It seems that, despite the unexpected success of Tom Hardy’s Venom, we probably won’t be getting the sequel any time soon if producer Amy Pascal to be believed.
During a recent interview with Comicbook.com, Venom producer Amy Pascal talked a bit about the upcoming sequel to Tom Hardy’s 2018 surprise hit. During the interview, she confirmed that a sequel was, in fact, in the works. However, she also said that it currently had no time table set:
CB: What about a Venom sequel? Just an outright sequel to that movie?
AP: Yes, that is in the works.
CB: That’s on the way? Okay, cool. Any time table?
AP: No time table.
From the look of things, we may be waiting a while for Tom Hardy’s Venom sequel!
