A brand new promo for Marvel Studios’ Loki starring Tom Hiddleston finds the God of Mischief running out of time.
With WandaVision and The Falcon and The Winter Soldier, Marvel Studios’ highly-anticipated return to audiences after taking 2020 off due to the COVID-19 pandemic seems to be a home run with Disney Plus subscribers. The most stacked year in the history of the Marvel Cinematic Universe continues in June with the release of the highly-anticipated new Loki series starring Tom Hiddleston.
A brand new promo, entitled “Clock,” shows off more of the surrealist vibe of the upcoming series. Owen Wilson is shown warning the God of Mischief that “the clock is always ticking,” which teases that Loki will need to be right on time if he wants to survive his experiences in the Time Variance Authority.

It appears that this new series is traveling to the more surreal side of the MCU. It’s pretty exciting to see more of these oddball style adventures that we couldn’t have imagined seeing after the release of the first Iron Man in 2008, and it sure looks like Tom Hiddleston is having a blast leading his own titular show.
