Tom Holland’s Iron Spider suit gets a comic-accurate look in new concept art from Avengers: Infinity War.
First introduced in 2016’s Captain America: Civil War, Tom Holland’s Spider-Man has donned several suits throughout his five Marvel Cinematic Universe appearances. Now, Marvel Studios Head of Visual Development Ryan Meinerding has revealed that Tom Holland almost wore the classic crimson Iron Spider suit in 2018’s Avengers: Infinity War.
Earlier this week, Ryan Meinerding took to Instagram to share some of his work for Avengers: Infinity War, revealing a scrapped, comic-book accurate Iron Spider suit for Tom Holland. Infinity War saw the actor wearing a similar suit created by Tony Stark, with Spidey’s go-to red and blue color scheme. You can check out the crimson Iron Spider suit below.
