Today, we are exactly one year away from the upcoming Marvel/Sony film Spider-Man: Homecoming swinging into theaters nationwide. As the film is currently in production in Atlanta, it seems like no one is more excited than Peter Parker himself, Tom Holland. In commemoration for the film’s release in exactly 365 days from now, Holland took to his Instagram account and shared a friendly, neighborhood selfie.
In true Spidey fashion, Holland has shared a photo that gives the feel of Peter Parker trying to get close ups of the webhead for J. Jonah Jameson at the Daily Bugle. Here, we get a nice close-up at the suit we will be seeing in the new film, as we see Holland giving the web-shooting sign. We have seen the costume in set photos very recently, but this definitely is our best look at the costume so far.

Tom seems to be having the time of his life during this film’s production. He’s been hard at work not only when the cameras are rolling, but of course in his training regimen. Knowing that he can do his own acrobatics also adds much excitement and can potentially give us the most authentic big-screen Spidey we have seen to date. If Captain America: Civil War was any indication, the excitement senses will be tingling further for the next 365 days.
Directed by Jon Watts and starring Tom Holland, Robert Downey Jr., Michael Keaton, Marisa Tomei, Laura Harrier, Michael Barbieri, Abraham Attah, Kenneth Choi, Logan Marshall-Green, Martin Starr, Hannibal Buress, Bokeem Woodbine, Michael Mando, Selenis Leyva and Angourie Rice, Spider-Man: Homecoming swings into theaters July 7, 2017.
