Looks like Tom's Spidey needs help...

Tom Holland Spider-Man No Way Home Marvel

Tom Holland’s Spider-Man is in for quite the battle against Doctor Octopus based on a newly released still image from No Way Home.

Sony and Marvel are being very conservative with the marketing of Spider-Man: No Way Home, with much of what we’ve seen so far seemingly from the first act of the film. However, it’s no surprise given all the rumors surrounding the upcoming flick starring Tom Holland.

Some fans have been demanding a new trailer for Spider-Man: No Way Home, and it appears like one is coming soon based on the recent push of marketing ahead of the film’s December release. Perhaps we will get one this week ahead of Eternals or around the time of Sony’s Ghostbusters: Afterlife.

In the meantime, the trend of mystery continues, with another new image coming from USA Today giving us another look at Tom Holland’s Spider-Man struggling in the battle against Alfred Molina’s Doctor Octopus that was teased in the first trailer. You can see the new image below.

Here is the synopsis for Spider-Man: No Way Home:

“For the first time in the cinematic history of Spider-Man, our friendly neighborhood hero is umasked and no longer able to separate his normal life from the high-stakes of being a Super Hero. When he asks for help from Doctor Strange the stakes become even more dangerous, forcing him to discover what it truly means to be Spider-Man.”

Directed by Jon Watts from a script written by Chris McKenna and Erik Sommers, Spider-Man: No Way Home stars Tom Holland, Zendaya, Jacob Batalon, Tony Revolori, Martin Starr, J.B. Smoove, Marisa Tomei, Jon Favreau, Benedict Wong, Benedict Cumberbatch, and Alfred Molina.

Spider-Man: No Way Home will hit theaters on December 17, 2021. Stay tuned for all the latest news surrounding the film and be sure to subscribe to Heroic Hollywood’s YouTube channel for more original video content.
