Alongside the busy schedules that actors and actresses have when shooting big-budget blockbusters in this golden age of comic book films, these performers must also find the time needed to make sure they are in the best physical shape they can be. That way, not only would they impress audiences with their looks, but more importantly, get closer to the ideal physical presence of the character they are portraying. And for our new Spider-Man/Peter Parker Tom Holland, training is quite essential.

Spider-Man: Homecoming is currently in production at Atlanta, Georgia as we speak, but that is not stopping Holland from working out regularly in order to maintain his physical form as well as potentially training for his own stunts. Holland took to Instagram to share some of his own activity preparing for the physical side of being our friendly neighborhood Spider-Man.

Holland’s regimen should not come as a surprise to fans who have followed him early on when casting for the new Marvel Cinematic Universe webhead was still at work. The actor has shared many videos of himself doing his own acrobatics proving that even early on, he has the ability to showcase the physical side of what Spider-Man can accomplish on the big screen. And it looks like his hard training is paying off. In these posts shared following his training video, you can see Holland has packed some muscle.

Well would you look at that. Uncle Ben’s wise words ring true in this case. With great power comes great responsibility. Go get em, Tom!
