‘Superman & Lois’ Set Photos Reveal Tyler Hoechlin’s New Rebirth-Inspired Suit

Photos from the set of The CW’s Superman And Lois offer fans a first look at Tyler Hoechlin’s new DC Rebirth-inspired suit.

While many are waiting for the return of Henry Cavill’s Superman in the DC Extended Universe movies, we will be getting Tyler Hoechlin’s version of the Last Son of Krypton on the small screen with his own series, which will also feature Lois Lane. Ahead of its debut, The CW has already ordered Superman and Lois straight-to-series.

Filming for Superman and Lois is underway in Vancouver and it appears Tyler Hoechlin will be sporting a new suit for his return to the Arrowverse. The set photos shared by Canadagraphs show off Hoechlin’s Superman suit that appears to be inspired by the one seen in the pages of DC Rebirth. You can see the set photos below.

Full details on The CW’s Superman and Lois are being kept under wraps. The series is described as revolving “around the world’s most famous superhero and comics’ most famous journalist as they deal with all the stress, pressures and complexities that come with being working parents in today’s society.”

In addition to Tyler Hoechlin as Clark Kent and Elizabeth Tulloch as Lois Lane, Superman And Lois stars Jordan Elsass and Alexander Garfin as the sons of the titular characters, Dylan Walsh as General Sam Lane, Emmanuelle Chriqui as Lana Lang, and Erik Valdez as Kyle Cushing. Written by The Flash‘s Todd Helbing, the series will be executive produced by Helbing, Greg Berlanti, Sarah Schechter, and Geoff Johns.
