Tom Hardy recently took to Instagram to share artwork teasing a fight between his character Venom and Woody Harrelson’s Carnage.
The post credits-scene of Ruben Fleischer’s Venom introduced Tom Hardy’s Eddie Brock to Woody Harrelson’s Cletus Kasady and fans have been waiting to see the two Marvel characters face off ever since. Details on the yet-to-be titled Venom sequel are being kept under lock and key, but Tom Hardy is teasing a potential showdown between his eponymous anti-hero and Woody Harrelson’s Carnage on his Instagram page.
The Instagram post in question featured two animated masks of Venom and Carnage with a caption consisting of characters that read as, “We are Venom.” Tom Hardy appears to be suggesting that Venom can take on Woody Harrelson’s Carnage by adding emojis of fists and explosions.
