‘War Machine’ & ‘Black Panther’ Take On Team Cap In New ‘Captain America: Civil War’ Scene Description

Earlier today Disney showed of a new clip from the highly-anticipated Captain America: Civil War to a select handful of people. The scene from the Marvel Studios release that was presented features members of Team Cap exchanging blows with Chadwick Boseman’s ‘Black Panther’ and Don Cheadle’s ‘War Machine’. It appears that the scene might have been taken a bit out of context, but still sounds pretty damn awesome. Check out the description of the screened footage below.

The clip started off with a car chase featuring a motorcycle and a black Audi SUV. The chase involved Captain America (Chris Evans), Black Panther (Chadwick Boseman), Bucky Barnes (Sebastian Stan) and Falcon (Anthony Mackie).
They pursued each other through a tunnel, which became engulfed in explosions generated by the skirmish.
Eventually, the characters emerged from the tunnel, only to be met by War Machine (Don Cheadle). It appeared as though he was on the scene to detain Captain America.
“Stand down now,” War Machine angrily told the captain. “Congratulations, Cap, you’re a criminal.”
Black Panther then intervened, baring his metal claws and ripping off his mask to reveal his identity.

Some good sounding stuff, right? This particular scene sounds like this might be the chasefeatured briefly in the first trailer but we’re going to have to wait and see on that one. With a second trailer definitely on the way shortly, here’s hoping we get a little glimpse of some of this footage. As always, sound of with your thoughts on the above in the comments section below.
