Warner Bros. has just closed a deal to buy RatPac-Dune’s library, which includes Wonder Woman, Justice League, and Batman v Superman.
Deadline reports that the studio paid $300 million to buy the library of RatPac-Dune’s co-financed films. The library includes 15% to 25% of stakes from RatPac-Dune in 76 films, which includes Wonder Woman, Justice League, Batman v Superman, The Lego Batman Movie, and several others. The deal came when the studio exercised it’s right to match Vine Alternative Investment’s tentative deal for the library.
RatPac was founded in 2012 by X-Men: The Last Stand director Brett Ratner and billionaire James Packer. In 2013, RatPac-Dune was formed and arranged a deal to co-finance 75 titles from Warner Bros. Warner Bros. ended the deal with the entertainment company in April 2018 after Ratner’s sexual harassment allegations.

Fueled by his restored faith in humanity and inspired by Superman’s selfless act, Bruce Wayne enlists the help of his newfound ally, Diana Prince, to face an even greater enemy. Together, Batman and Wonder Woman work quickly to find and recruit a team of metahumans to stand against this newly awakened threat.
