Take a look at the new clip from the second season of The Boys as they battle The Deep with an incredibly graphic conclusion.

The Boys quickly became a huge sensations thanks to its dark, graphic humor and its deconstructive take on the superhero genre that still managed to remain fun. The butt of many of the show’s jokes was its Aquaman stand-in, The Deep, who was a truly despicable character but still had many humanizing aspects to him. We did not, however, get to see the character in action as much as his peers. Thanks to a new clip, from virtual San Diego Comic-Con, however, we now get to see his powers.

The clip of The Boys in question shows our protagonists on the run from The Deep and various sea friends including a whale. The conclusion of the clip, however, has to be seen to be believed:

The even more intense, more insane season two finds The Boys on the run from the law, hunted by the Supes, and desperately trying to regroup and fight back against Vought. In hiding, Hughie (Jack Quaid), Mother’s Milk (Laz Alonso), Frenchie (Tomer Capon) and Kimiko (Karen Fukuhara) try to adjust to a new normal, with Butcher (Karl Urban) nowhere to be found. Meanwhile, Starlight (Erin Moriarty) must navigate her place in The Seven as Homelander (Antony Starr) sets his sights on taking complete control. His power is threatened with the addition of Stormfront (Aya Cash), a social media-savvy new Supe, who has an agenda of her own. On top of that, the Supervillain threat takes center stage and makes waves as Vought seeks to capitalize on the nation’s paranoia.

The Boys stars Karl Urban Jack Quaid, Antony Starr, Erin Moriarty, Dominique McElligott, Jessie T. Usher, Laz Alonso, Chace Crawford, Tomer Kapon, Karen Fukuhara, and Nathan Mitchell. So far, the series has added Goran Visnjic and Claudia Doumit for season two.
