Suicide Squad is arguably the most anticipated film of the summer. Coming to theaters August 5th, 2016, it is in prime Box Office territory. Reshoots have been happening and some blogs have been saying they’re to make the film less dark and more fun, the only question that remains is, can Suicide Squad be a critical and financial success for Warner Bros? We’ll see in August.
While at the MTV Movie Awards, Will Smith, Margot Robbie, Jared Leto & Cara Delevingne presented a new look at Suicide Squad that you can check it out below:
The second trailer for the worst heroes ever is cut to Ballroom Blitz by The Sweet and embodies all the really fun things we saw in the first official trailer back in January. What do you guys think of this new look at Suicide Squad? Was it enough to get in the theater or has Batman v Superman soured you on anything from DC Films? Sound off in the comments section.
“It feels good to be bad…Assemble a team of the world’s most dangerous, incarcerated Super Villains, provide them with the most powerful arsenal at the government’s disposal, and send them off on a mission to defeat an enigmatic, insuperable entity. U.S. intelligence officer Amanda Waller has determined only a secretly convened group of disparate, despicable individuals with next to nothing to lose will do. However, once they realize they weren’t picked to succeed but chosen for their patent culpability when they inevitably fail, will the Suicide Squad resolve to die trying, or decide it’s every man for himself?”
Directed by David Ayer, Suicide Squad stars Will Smith as Deadshot, Jared Leto as The Joker, Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn, Joel Kinnaman as Rick Flag and Viola Davis as Amanda Waller.
