Hugh Jackman’s final Wolverine performance is set to hit theatres on March 3rd, 2017. While depressing, it is (probably) time Jackman hang up the claws. Since 1999 (when the original X-Men was shot), Jackman has portrayed the role 8 times, including cameos in both X-Men: First Class and X-Men: Apocalypse. The final film, Logan, will adapt components of Mark Millar’s Old Man Logan, which told of a… you guessed it, old man Logan. Since the film received it’s R-rating, many have wondered just how violent the picture will be. Fans have been demanding a Wolverine movie that embraces the rage and anger that is found in the comics, and with 2017’s Logan, it appears we have finally got that.
In a new image, uploaded by Wolverine himself, we can see Jackman’s Logan standing alone in a field. I am not going to begin speculating what is going on, that is up to you, the adoring fans!

Honestly, it is going to be hard to leave the theatre on March 3rd. I will be in a state of shock and sadness as we will finally say goodbye to Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine… Until that Deadpool/Wolverine movie is announced.
You can check out Logan when it hits theatres everywhere on March 3rd, 2017.
