A new piece of merchandise for the upcoming DC Extended Universe film Wonder Woman 1984 reveals a first look at Kristen Wiig’s Cheetah.
This merchandise reveal featuring Kristen Wiig’s Cheetah appeared at 2019’s CCXP Brazil. Here, we see some of our first official Wonder Woman 1984 merch featuring Kristen Wiig’s Cheetah as seen in an illustration featured on a mug. Cheetah will serve as the primary antagonist of the highly-anticipated film starring Gal Gadot and Chris Pine reprising their roles as Diana Prince and Steve Trevor respectively.

Cheetah was created by William Moulton Marston and is the archnemesis to Wonder Woman. In Wonder Woman 1984, Kristen Wiig’s take on the character is based on Dr. Barbara Ann Minerva, a British archaeologist who stumbles into an ancient ritual in the lost city of Urzkartaga and becomes the host to their Cheetah goddess.

Plot details on the Wonder Woman 1984 are being kept under lock and key, but the film is said to follow Gal Gadot’s Diana Prince as she comes into conflict with the Soviet Union in the 1980s and encounters a formidable new adversary named Cheetah, played by Kristen Wiig.
Directed by Patty Jenkins from a script she co-wrote with David Callaham and a treatment she developed with Geoff Johns, Wonder Woman 1984 stars Gal Gadot, Chris Pine, Kristen Wiig, Pedro Pascal, Natasha Rothwell, Ravi Patel, Gabriella Wilde, Connie Nielsen, and Robin Wright.
