Wonder Woman Clip From ‘Batman v Superman’ Released

imageArguably the best scene in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice has been released online. The scene involves our favorite Amazon and The Batman. The scene takes place right after Doomsday crashes the Bat Wing. Wonder Woman comes to the caped crusaders rescue by saving him from his impending doomsday*. Wonder Woman’s theme is loud and clear in the background and it should give you the same exact feeling it gave you in theaters when you first heard it.

Wonder Woman recently finished up the filming of its Themyscira scenes in Italy and Gal Gadot should be moving on to film Justice League. Wonder Woman will return to theaters in her 2017, Patty Jenkins Directed solo flick. Previous footage of the film shows our heroine in the U.K during World War I. The film stars Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Chris Pine as Steve Trevor, Connie Nielsen as Queen Hippolyta and Robin Wright as Antiope. It’s scheduled to be released June 3rd, 2017.

Fearing the actions of a god-like Super Hero left unchecked, Gotham City’s own formidable, forceful vigilante takes on Metropolis’s most revered, modern-day savior, while the world wrestles with what sort of hero it really needs. And with Batman and Superman at war with one another, a new threat quickly arises, putting mankind in greater danger than it’s ever known before.

Directed by Zack Snyder, Batman v Superman stars Ben Affleck as Batman, Henry Cavill as Superman, Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Amy Adams as Losi Lane, Jeremy Irons as Alfred Pennyworth and Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor. Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is currently in theaters and is expected to release an extended “Ultimate Cut” of the film this July.

Favorite scenes: Trinity fight, Batman warehouse fight, Superman Batman fight, and best was Congressional hearing: left me speechless.

    • Hrag Farra

I didn’t see that coming until she looked at Luthor’s empty chair… I was telling myself.. no no no no poor Superman. Wonder if Mercy comes back? I hope so…

    • SAMURAI36

I’d add to that: Superman/DD fight in space (healing after the blast), Batmobile scene, Knightmare scene.

      • ScottyB608

Knightmare scene was very well done. Especially that one continuous shot of the fighting and the parademons coming down. so cool.

Just give me that Ultimate Cut right now! This film is so amazing.
This Doomsday fight was epic. Wonder Woman does not play no games!

The way she activates the Aegis energy from the bracelets was amazing.

My favorite scene is when Superman sacrifices himself to stop Doomsday. Made me cry like a baby.

    • Eduard Kong

The scene which made the least sense made you cry like a baby? Wow! Common sense would have made him give the spear to WW while he held DD with the lasso. WW could have killed DD without having to sacrifice herself as she was not weakened by Kryptonite. But, I guess being a Superman sequel, Supes had to take the credit.

      • Yack

It’s not that simple. Whoever killed him with the spear would’ve ended up dying due to how vulnerable they would be to an attack and how much strength it took. But the main reason Superman did it was because it was from his world and it was his responsibility. You may not have agreed with it or liked it but it did make sense, imo.

      • SAMURAI36

Yeah, except only WW can access the lasso’s power. Plus, how was WW supposed to know where to go to look for the spear? She never saw it.

      • Darkslayer

WW isnt invulnerable, she would have died too
