In honor of the Halloween season, DC Extended Universe set photographer Clay Enos has revaeled a picture of Wonder Woman star Gal Gadot wearing Ben Affleck’s Batman cowl.
Anyone who was a fan of Batman as a kid wanted to wear that coveted cape and cowl. Batman’s cowl was one of the defining aspects of his costume design, which is saying something considering how iconic almost every aspect of Batman is. Thanks to 2017’s Wonder Woman, the DC Comics heroine has finally returned to the forefront of the pop culture conversation, making her an icon in the biggest way in years.
Clay Enos recently took to his Twitter to show off an image he posted on the social media platform Vero. Enos apparently snapped the image on the last day of filming Justice League and nearly a year after the film’s release fans can finally see the photo featuring Wonder Woman giving her trademark smirk in Affleck’s cowl. The films of the DC Extended Universe that Ben Affleck starred in may have been very polarizing amongst audience members, but most folks seemed to enjoy him as the Caped Crusader. Given some issues in the star’s personal life, it’s possible that he may not be returning to the role, but nothing’s been officially confirmed on that front just yet.
