A brand new behind-the-scenes photo from HBO’s Watchmen shows a full look at Yahya Abdul-Mateen II’s Doctor Manhattan.

After the latest episode of HBO’s Watchmen focused on the history between Doctor Manhattan and Regina King’s Angela Abar, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II revealed a behind-the-scenes look at his version of Jon Osterman, complete with the atomic symbol on his forehead. It was revealed in the previous episode that Angela had been hiding Doctor Manhattan away from the world as her husband Calvin, but a device in his brain had wiped all memory of his true identity.
The penultimate episode of HBO’s Watchmen answered several huge questions about Yahya Abdul-Mateen II’s Doctor Manhattan and his relationship with other major characters in the series, including Jeremy Irons’ Ozymandias. Yahya Abdul-Mateen II took to Twitter to reveal a close-up look at his Doctor Manhattan, saying how the episode was “crazy” before reminding Watchmen fans that there’s only one more episode left in the series.
