Zack Snyder has cast Rupert Friend and Stuart Martin in his upcoming Netflix film, Rebel Moon.
Following his departure from Warner Bros., Zack Snyder’s next project for Netflix will be Rebel Moon, a story that stems from an old Star Wars pitch of his inspired by Seven Samurai. The upcoming Snyder flick already has an impressive ensemble attached with the likes of Sofia Boutella, Charlie Hunnam, Ray Fisher, Djimon Hounsou, and Jena Malone. It has now been revealed via The Hollywood Reporter that Rupert Friend and Stuart Martin will also be part of Rebel Moon‘s cast.
Rupert Friend will play the villain while Stuart Martin’s role in Zack Snyder’s Rebel Moon remains under wraps. Friend will also appear in Obi-Wan Kenobi, where he’s rumored to be playing the Grand Inquisitor. Filming on Rebel Moon will start in April.
