Zombieland 2 plot details tease the rescue of Little Rock (Abagain Breslin), new zombies, and a group split up.
According to SuperBroMovies, the upcoming sequel to the 2009 film will feature the return of Tallahassee (Woody Harrelson), Columbus (Jesse Eisenberg), Wichita (Emma Stone), and Little Rock as they continue their post-apocalyptic lives. The group settles in the White House, but the group splits after a disagreement between Columbus and Wichita. This causes Little Rock to take off with a guy she just met named Berkely (Avan Jogia).
The group then embarks on an adventure to rescue Little Rock, coming across new zombies in the process. The new zombies will be called Homers (dumb ones), Hawkings (smart ones), and Ninjas (deadly ones). The sequel will also pit Tallahassee against a female zombie-hunter named Nevada.

Filming for the highly anticipated sequel is expected to start shooting this month in Georgia. Venom‘s Ruben Fleischer is set to return in the director’s chair for Zombieland 2 with a script form Deadpool writers Paul Wernick and Rhett Reese. The film stars Woody Harrelson, Jesse Eisenberg, Emma Stone, Abigail Breslin, Zoey Deutch, and Avan Jogia, with Bill Murray and Dan Akroyd rumored to appear.
Zombieland 2 will be released in theaters October 11, 2019.
