Ahsoka is set to bring the titular character to life in her first solo project played by Rosario Dawson. However, she’s not the only character making the jump to live action. Both Sabine Wren and Hera Syndulla will make their live action debut following the events of Star Wars Rebels.
It’s no shock to fans that Ahsoka would bring other animated heroes to life other than the titular Ahsoka Tano. Even before Rosario Dawson was cast as the character, the ending of Star Wars Rebels left fans with a cliffhanger. While there won’t be any spoilers for the events of the finale, an epilogue showed Ahsoka meeting up with Sabine Wren to tackle a mission that’s still yet to be completed. A new image shows Natasha Liu Bordizzo portraying the Mandalorian warrior as she reunites with Ahsoka to look for answers:
Sabine Wren isn’t the only character with unfinished business in Ahsoka. Mary Elizabeth Winstead is set to make her Star Wars debut as Hera Syndulla. The pilot is likely reuniting with Rosario Dawson’s Ahsoka for the same reason as Natasha Liu Bordizzo’s character given the Rebels finale, but details have yet to be revealed about how Hera will be involved in the plot:
