Kang looks fresh!

Jonathan Majors transforms into Kang the Conqueror in the latest marketing material for Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania.

New promotional artwork for the upcoming Marvel Studios feature Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania offers fans their best look yet at the Kang the Conqueror helmet worn by Jonathan Majors. The artwork was featured on official merchandise that’s being sold on the online marketplace Zazzle.

A variant of He Who Remains from the Disney Plus series Loki, Kang serves as the main villain of Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania before taking on an even larger role in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Marvel has already confirmed that Majors is set to return as the villainous character for Avengers: The Kang Dynasty.

The Ant-Man series evolves

Fittingly enough, Paul Rudd’s standalone Ant-Man movies have been small in scale compared to other solo films in the MCU. However, given Scott Lang’s integral role in Endgame, he has since become a vital part of the Avengers, and his contributions involving science thanks to his collaboration with Hope Van Dyne and Hank Pym (Michael Douglas) have certainly been integral. Now that Kang the Conqueror is involved, it’s safe to say that this will be Lang’s biggest threat yet.

Directed by Peyton Reed from a script written by Jeff Loveness, Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania also features Michelle Pfeiffer and Bill Murray. The film is currently slated to hit theaters on on February 17, 2023.
