Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania is off to a solid start at the box office.
TheWrap reports that Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania has kicked off its box office run with $17.5 million from Thursday previews in North America theaters, passing the $12 million debut of its predecessor Ant-Man and the Wasp. Disney is estimating that the movie is on track to earn $110 million over the four-day Presidents’ Day weekend.
Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania was recently rated PG-13. The first reviews for Quantumania dropped this past Tuesday, with critics sharing mixed opinions about the movie. It is currently sitting at 48 percent on the review aggregation platform Rotten Tomatoes.

Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania was directed Peyton Reed from a script written by Jeff Loveness. The movie also stars Evangeline Lilly as The Wasp, Jonathan Majors as Hope van Dyne, Michael Douglas as Hank Pym, Kathryn Newton as Cassie Lang, David Dastmalchian as Veb, Bill Murray as Lord Krylar, William Jackson Harper as Quaz, Katy O’Brian as Jentorra and Randall Park as Jimmy Woo. It arrives on February 17, 2023.
