In The Heights star Anthony Ramos is in talks to Marvel’s Iron Heart series.
Marvel Studios is scooping up one of the finest emerging stars! After a breakthrough performance in In The Heights, Deadline has learned Anthony Ramos is on track to join star in Disney Plus’s upcoming Iron Heart series. It’s currently unknown who Ramos will be playing in the Marvel show but sources close to the project have compared his appearance to that of Jonathan Major’s Kang in how he not only stars in the series but also future projects.
Who could Anthony Ramos be playing? Iron Heart is filled to the brim with colorful and interesting characters, so it’s early to speculate. The Marvel series will focus on Riri Williams, a young genius inventor who creates the next generation of Iron Man suits. The character, played by Dominique Thorne, will make her debut in Ryan Coogler’s upcoming Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.
The Iron Heart series will be written by Chinaka Hodge, a staff writer on the serialized adaptation of Snowpiercer.
