‘Aquaman’ Clip Showcases Arthur & Orm’s Insane Underwater Battle

Ocean Master James Wan Aquaman Orm Jason Momoa Patrick Wilson

The latest Aquaman clip features an impressive underwater fight scene between Arthur Curry (Jason Momoa) and Orm (Patrick Wilson).

Aquaman is hitting theaters in just a few weeks and the reviews so far have praised it as one of the best DC Extended Universe entries so far, with some even calling it the best of the bunch. Aquaman is unlike any DCEU film that has been released so far due to its heavy focus on the fantastic underwater world and characters. The other films in the DCEU certainly have prominent fantastic elements, but this film in particular looks to set a new bar for blockbusters in general.

One of the most impressive aspects of the trailer for the film is the underwater physics. A new clip from the film showcases these physics, as well as the audio used to create a believable underwater world that these characters can live and fight in. The clip features the battle between Arthur and Orm, but don’t worry Aquaman fans, it’s not the whole fight scene, but just enough to get you even more hyped ahead of its December 21st U.S. release. Check out the awesome clip in the video below.

Some early reviews for Aquaman have compared the fight scenes to The Matrix and that is very apparent in the clip above. As the trailers show, there’s plenty more underwater action to be seen when the film hits theaters, as well as plenty of jaw-dropping action on land as well. Although the film doesn’t open in the U.S. until December 21st, Amazon Prime members have the opportunity to attend an early screening of the film on December 15th.

We’ll be sure to keep you updated on all news regarding Aquaman as soon as more information becomes available. Does the action in the clip above get you more or less hyped for the film? What has been your favorite DCEU film so far? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below!
