New ‘Aquaman’ Still Shows Arthur Curry At His Most Intense

We are finally getting closer to Warner Bros. Pictures and DC Films’ upcoming new Aquaman movie makes a splash in North America and other territories. Early reactions from critics and audiences have been mostly positive for the film, with some hailing it as an important step in the right direction for the DC Extended Universe.

With the film on its way, we continue to get some exciting new looks at what James Wan is bringing to the world of Atlantis as well as some stunning new stills from the film that beautifully showcase the characters involved. For example, an incredible new photo of Jason Momoa as the titular would-be King of Atlantis has surfaced the web, and it is absolutely stunning.

AQM: New photo of Momoa as Aquaman from DC_Cinematic

Wow. This still is certainly the most stunning portrait of Momoa as Arthur Curry we have received yet. The use of the nightly ocean blue mixed with the intensity of the water and the look on his face make this one that’s worthy to frame.

Momoa has been getting positive buzz from early reactions, praising his charisma and dedication to the action scenes. It’s nice to see that he is able to find the right balance between charismatic and intimidating.

Aquaman will be released in theaters on December 21, 2018.
