‘Arrow’ Star Stephen Amell Promises A ‘Super Happy Ending’ For The Series Finale

Arrow star Stephen Amell has revealed he believes the series finale will offer fans a happy ending.

The seventh season finale of Arrow revealed Stephen Amell’s Oliver Queen will almost certainly die in the upcoming Crisis on Infinite Earths crossover. As a result, Arrow fans are bracing themselves for an emotional and potentially heartbreaking ending once the Stephen Amell series concludes with its final 10-episode run.

However, Stephen Amell told GameSpot that he thinks the Arrow ending won’t be as sad as fans are expecting, hinting at a happy conclusion to the story instead:

“It’ a super happy ending. I think it’s going to be a happy ending.

Arrow showrunner Marc Guggenheim added that the creative team behind the Stephen Amell series are just focused on delivering a proper ending:

“We always go into these things with the best of intentions… We’re trying so hard to just entertain everybody and honor all of the things the fans want.”
