Albert Kim leads the project as the showrunner and executive producer, steering the ship with a vision that aims to encapsulate the original’s spirit while offering something fresh to the audience. He’s backed by a talented team, including directors Jabbar Raisani and Michael Goi, and co-executive producer and director Roseanne Liang. The series follows Aang, the last Airbender, on his journey to become the Avatar, the world’s only hope to restore peace and balance amidst the chaos sown by the Fire Nation.
