The Fantastic Four have landed in Wakanda! The final teaser trailer for Avengers: Doomsday has finally found its way onto the net.
The arc of how fans reacted to each Avengers: Doomsday teaser does truly deserve to be studied. The first trailer, which revealed the turn of Chris Evans as Steve Rogers, was met with near-unanimous eye rolls. The next, focusing on Thor, had positive- albeit underwhelmed- reactions. It wasn’t until the X-Men trailer dropped that things kicked into high gear.
Now it seems the final of the four trailers has left fans with a new emotion: curiosity. The last official teaser (for now) for Avengers: Doomsday has officially been posted by Marvel Studios. As reported, the footage mainly focuses on the Fantastic Four arriving in Wakanda, with plenty of interesting interactions already seen in the footage.
When Will The Full Avengers: Doomsday Trailer Release?
Given the four teaser cycle for Avengers: Doomsday just ended, it’s not likely that a full trailer for the project will drop anytime this month. However, with the Super Bowl just around the corner, it’s likely that the project gets a spotlight at the Big Game. In fact, it’s more likely than not that the event is where fans will get their first official look at Doctor Doom.
Interestingly, no teaser released so far has put a focus on the Thunderbolts (aka the New Avengers). While it’s certain that Avengers: Doomsday has plenty of more plotlines that fans can’t even imagine right now, it’s odd that such prominent members of the MCU’s Multiverse Saga were left out of the first promotional leg of the film.
