Fandango reports over 4,000 Avengers: Endgame showtimes across the United States have sold out through the online ticket retailer.
Marvel Studios’ Avengers: Endgame is only three days away from being released in theaters across the globe and anticipation for the conclusion of the 22-film Infinity Saga is palpable. Now, over 4,000 showtimes for Endgame have already sold out on Fandango as American theater chains continue to add new showtimes and screens for the Marvel Studios epic to keep up with demand. As of now, Avengers: Endgame is pacing to be Fandango’s biggest pre-seller of all time and is earning the rare 100 out of 100 points on the online ticker retailer’s Fanticipation movie buzz index.
Fandango also released the following results of a survey of more than 1,000 moviegoers who plan to see the Marvel Studios film:

97% stay for Marvel movies’ end credits scenes, while 79% are surprised when people don’t stay for the end credits scenes.

81% are trying to avoid all spoilers for “Avengers: Endgame.”

63% feel that the release of “Avengers: Endgame” marks an historic moment in cinema.

57% have temporarily unplugged from social media in order to avoid “Endgame” spoilers.
Fandango managing editor Erik Davis made the following statement on the highly-anticipated film.
“The wait is finally over. ’Avengers: Endgame’ is a masterful epic. It’s everything fans would want: a true culmination of 22 MCU films that not only concludes the story but expands upon it.”
