Avengers: Endgame star Mark Ruffalo revealed he would like to see the Hulk and Wolverine team-up.

Now that Hugh Jackman has retired from the role of Wolverine and Disney has acquired 20th Century Studios, fans are eager to see what Marvel Studios has planned for Wolverine and the X-Men. While it may be some time before we hear any official word on what Marvel Studios is developing for the X-Men, Avengers: Endgame star Mark Ruffalo revealed he has an idea of his own.

During an interview with Variety, Mark Ruffalo revealed that h grew up reading X-Men and Wolverine comics. Therefore, now that Disney has gained the screen rights to the mutants, Mark Ruffalo revealed that he would love to see Wolverine play a role in Hulk’s future:

“Maybe Hulk and Wolverine could hook up.”

Marvel Studios confirmed plans to include mutants in the Marvel Cinematic Universe during its 2019 San Diego Comic-Con presentation. However, the studio is reportedly in no rush to introduce the X-Men to the MCU, meaning it will likely be some time before we learn what they have planned for Wolverine.
