Heroic Hollywood Editor-In-Cheif Umberto Gonzalez notes how Ewan McGregor’s Black Mask could go head-to-head with Batman in a future DC film.
Yesterday, it was reported that Ewan McGregor was in final negotiations to play Black Mask in Warner Bros. and DC’s Birds of Prey film, leaving most fans excited but others disappointed that the iconic Batman foe wouldn’t be going up against the Caped Crusader. However, Gonzalez notes that most DC actors sign three picture deals with cameo clauses written into their contracts, meaning that a future meeting between Batman and the crime boss Black Mask is not outside the realm of possibility.
