‘Birds Of Prey’: New Video Hints At Beginning Of Production

A new Birds of Prey video has surfaced online featuring a look at what seems to be the beginning of the film’s production.

The video begins with a look at the Warner Bros. Studios in Burbank, California where one could see the famous water-tower with the WB logo. The person recording was on set for a different project, but noticed that there was another production beginning to set nearby and it so happened to be the new Birds of Prey film, titled as Birds of Prey (and the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn). As you can see trailers are being set around the lot at Warner Bros. as Birds of Prey prepares to begin production. No more details have been revealed about what was happening or who was present around the set, but this will sure get comic book fans excited as more iconic characters will be coming to the big screen.

Full details on the Birds of Prey plot are currently unknown. The film is rumored to center on Huntress, Black Canary and Harley Quinn joining forces to protect Cassandra Cain from a criminal kingpin known as Black Mask.

Directed by Cathy Yan from a script penned by Bumblebee writer Christina Hodson, Birds of Prey stars Mary Elizabeth Winstead as Huntress, Jurnee Smollett-Bell as Black Canary, Ella Jay Basco as Cassandra Cain, Rosie Perez as Renee Montoya, Chris Messina as Victor Zsasz, Ewan McGregor as Black Mask, and Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn. Ali Wong, Robert Catrini, and Michael Masini have also been cast in undisclosed roles.

Birds of Prey will be released in theaters on February 7, 2020.
