It’s been over a decade since Brandon Routh has portrayed Superman. He was last seen in 2006’s Superman Returns, which failed to be the commercial and critical success that Warner Bros. expected it to be. Since then, critical perception towards the film has changed to favour the moody and melancholic take on Superman. However, Brandon Routh found his footing as Atom in the Arrowverse since then. For the upcoming Arrowverse crossover, he’ll be reprising his role as Superman, where he’ll be clashing alongside a variety of other characters.

At this point, details on how substantial Brandon Routh’s Clark Kent role will be are slim, though it is safe to imagine that he’ll be spending most of his time as Superman for the upcoming Arrowverse crossover.
