New Runtime For Brie Larson’s ‘Captain Marvel’ Revealed

Goose Captain Marvel Brie Larson MCUAMC Theaters has revealed a shorter running time for Brie Larson’s highly-anticipated Captain Marvel.

Although AMC Theaters previously listed Captain Marvel as having a running time of 2 hours and 10 minutes, the theater chain has now updated its information and revealed the long-awaited film will clock in at 2 hours and 4 minutes. This puts Carol Danvers’ MCU debut on par with the running times for Captain America: The First Avengers, Doctor Strange, and Ant-Man and The Wasp.

Set in the 1990s, Marvel Studios’ “Captain Marvel” is an all-new adventure from a previously unseen period in the history of the Marvel Cinematic Universe that follows the journey of Carol Danvers as she becomes one of the universe’s most powerful heroes. While a galactic war between two alien races reaches Earth, Danvers finds herself and a small cadre of allies at the center of the maelstrom.

Directed by Anna Boden and Ryan Fleck, Captain Marvel stars Brie Larson, Samuel L. Jackson, Ben Mendelsohn, Djimon Hounsou, Lee Pace, Lashana Lynch, Gemma Chan, Algenis Perez Soto, Rune Temte, McKenna Grace, Clark Gregg, and Jude Law.

Captain Marvel will be released in theaters on March 8, 2019.

Captain Marvel Brie Larson Carol DanversPreviews World has unveiled official Captain Marvel promo that offers a first look at Carol Danvers in her iconic costume with a helmet.

Captain Marvel will make MCU debut in roughly four months and it appears the titular heroine will don more than one version of her costume in the film. Now, recently unveiled framed art prints offer fans their first look at Carol Danvers in her red costume and helmet.
