Daredevil: Born Again may be darker than people thought! A synopsis reveals a grounded and gritty tone for the Disney Plus series, with a fittingly dark logo to match.
Fans have been begging for any scraps they can get about Daredevil: Born Again. Trailers for the series have been kept locked behind the vault door that is comic conventions, and no official promotions for the project have rolled out on Disney Plus. Even the official logo for the show was only seen thanks to some quick-fingered fans attending a panel discussion the upcoming revival!
Luckily, marketing for Daredevil: Born Again is finally starting to ramp up. A lot of new information about the series was revealed during New York Comic Con (NYCC) this past weekend. Though one of the most pressing that came out was an official reveal for the project’s logo. It projects the hero’s iconic name behind a back drop of the Empire State, teasing fans about the surprisingly political bent that the story will be taking when it drops on Disney Plus next year.
Daredevil: Born Again Official Synopsis
It wasn’t just the logo for Daredevil: Born Again that was revealed this weekend. An official synopsis for the Disney Plus series found its way online. While it doesn’t reveal too much more information than what was already publicly known about the project, it does tease a much busier, more grounded reality for both Charlie Cox’s titular hero and the main antagonist in Vincent D’Onofrio’s Wilson Fisk.
“In Marvel Television’s Daredevil: Born Again, Matt Murdock (Charlie Cox), a blind lawyer with heightened abilities is fighting for justice through his bustling law firm, while former mob boss Wilson Fisk (Vincent D’Onofrio) pursues his own political endeavors in New York. When their past identities begin to emerge, both men find themselves on an inevitable collision course.”
Matt Murdock having a bustling law firm is far from what fans saw in the original series. While Daredevil: Born Again will now be picking up from where the Netflix show left off, it does seem that a lot has changed heading into the Disney Plus revival. And with Wilson Fisk seemingly giving up his political ends to extort people through the political system, it’ll certainly be a wild ride to see how these fan-favorite characters adapt to the new world they find themselves in.
Daredevil: Born Again will release in March 4, 2025 on Disney Plus. Stay tuned for the latest news regarding the future of the Marvel Cinematic Universe and make sure to subscribe to our YouTube channel for more content!
