The final cut of Justice League cut Darkseid, but this new photo reveals how the villain could’ve looked if he appeared in the Zack Snyder movie.

Zack Snyder’s cut of Justice League is almost as famous as the final one. Fans have been chanting for a Snyder cut of Justice League since the movie was released in 2017. Snyder’s original plans for the film included Darkseid appearing in the movie. The scene was deleted, however, it stayed on Snyder’s storyboard. Since the original release, fans have wondered how Darkseid would look in a Zack Snyder Justice League movie. This image gives us a look at what the villain could have looked like in the film:

Darkseid wasn’t the only thing deleted from the final version of Justice League. Snyder’s cut of the movie also included a Lantern, a deleted Cyborg scene, and a plethora of other scenes and characters. His vision seemed to be vastly different from Joss Whedon’s.

While there doesn’t seem to be any plans for a new cut of Justice League with Darkseid, Zack Snyder is currently directing the upcoming zombie film Army of the Dead. It was also announced that he would be working on a movie adaption of The Fountainhead.
