Is David Corenswet actually the perfect Superman? The actor stuns in the newest promotional banner and poster for the upcoming DC Universe film.
A lot of words can be used to describe how Superman has been portrayed in anticipation of the upcoming DC Universe reboot. Brave, bold, hopeful, even charming. All of these adjectives stem from David Corenswet, who has already shown himself as an absolute tour de force in the few snippets fans have of him as the Man of Steel. And even with just under two months remaining until the project debuts, he’s still finding new ways to vogue as the Man of Steel.
The latest example of this comes from the official promotional banner for Superman. While it doesn’t reveal much new information, mostly having the logo and the opening month for the film, it does show off a new post of David Corenswet as the Blue Boy Scout. And if people weren’t sold on him playing the character before, they certainly are now.

David Corenswet Transforms Into Superman
However, the banner isn’t the only new look fans have gotten of David Corenswet as Superman in the past few days. DC Studios also released a motion poster showing Clark Kent transforming into the Man of Steel himself, showing off how different Corenswet seems to be able to play the two sides of the iconic hero. Not to mention, the poster seems to tease a classic telephone booth changing scene!

Despite all these new looks at David Corenswet in the banner and motion poster, there remains only one official poster for Superman. This is shocking, given the film is set to appear on IMAX screens, which usually get their own poster. Though it’s likely that, within the coming weeks, these variant posters will start to find their ways onto the walls of cinemas everywhere.
