Deadpool and Wolverine is coming to San Diego Comic-Con! The film will be getting its own panel in Hall H this year alongside Marvel Studios.
Fans weren’t expecting much from Deadpool and Wolverine at this year’s San Diego Comic-Con. With the film releasing the same weekend as SDCC, it wasn’t expected there would be much to show. However, it seems Marvel has big plans for the project, as it will be getting its own panel at the iconic Hall H on Thursday, July 25th.
The Hall H panel will consist of Deadpool and Wolverine stars Hugh Jackman and Ryan Reynolds. They’ll be joined at San Diego Comic-Con by the film’s director, Shawn Levy, and Marvel Studios head Kevin Feige. This is the first time Marvel will be doing a panel on Thursday at SDCC, and will certainly go down in history as an interesting appearance.
What Deadpool And Wolverine Will Bring To SDCC?
Given the Hall H panel will be taking place on the opening day of Deadpool and Wolverine, it’s not likely San Diego Comic-Con attendees will be learning any massive spoilers about the project or see any mind-shattering cameos. However, that doesn’t mean Marvel won’t be doing something interesting with its time at SDCC.
This Hall H panel is meant to draw even more hype to Deadpool and Wolverine. If they can’t do that with stuff about this movie, it’s likely Marvel will be looking to the future. Don’t be surprised if San Diego Comic-Con confirms Hugh Jackman’s future in the MCU after the project to paint the film as a must-see for fans who expect it to be a self-contained project they can skip.
