Let’s freaking go! Ryan Reynolds has released a new trailer for Deadpool and Wolverine as tickets go on sale for the blockbuster of the summer.
Deadpool and Wolverine is set to be one of the biggest Marvel movies of all time. The hype for the film is palpable. Despite its release still being two months away, it seems theaters are cashing in early as tickets for the project have officially gone on sale. To celebrate the occasion, Ryan Reynolds has released a brand new trailer telling people to get their tickets now!
While this new trailer doesn’t give fans much in the way of footage, it does include a pretty hilarious interaction between Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman’s characters at the end. However, the more important moment is seeing the true star of Deadpool and Wolverine in action: Dogpool! Marvel may think it’s the cameos selling tickets, but the truth is everyone is showing up to see the Merc with a Bark!
New ‘Deadpool And Wolverine’ Poster Is A Comic Callback
Ryan Reynolds didn’t just put out a trailer to promote that Deadpool and Wolverine tickets are now on sale. The actor also showed off a brand-new poster for the project. Like many others, it shows him and Hugh Jackman clashing against a white background. However, this one seems to be taking inspiration from one of Marvel’s most beloved comic runs.
Marvel fanboys will recognize this pose as being ripped straight from the covers of Deadpool and Wolverine: WWIII (Or rather, a modified version of Salvador Larroca’s variant). This little touch goes a long way in showing fans that Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman are making this movie to fulfill all the promises left on the table by past projects. Let’s just hope the ticket sales live up to the hype!
