A new rumor suggests Diego Luna’s Cassian Andor Star Wars series for Disney Plus will begin production later this year in November.

After fans were disappointed at the death of Diego Luna’s Cassian Andor in Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, many welcomed the news that he’ll star in his own prequel series for Disney Plus. But a new rumor circulating online suggests the show will begin production in November. The Cassian Andor series recently brought on Adria Arjona to star opposite Diego Luna, although it remains unclear as to who she’ll be playing in the show. But if this rumor coming from the Bespin Bulletin is to be believed, we might not have long to wait to find out.

The Bespin Bulletin reports that a make-up artist was recently hired to work on a mystery Star Wars project set to start production on an eight-month shoot from November to July. The site notes that the show was originally given an eight month shoot back in October 2019 before creative changes were made to the series. We already know where the show takes place in the timeline, but hopefully we’ll discover more from this chapter in the Star Wars universe as production begins.
