Dwayne Johnson looks ready to shake up the entire DCEU on a new magazine cover showing the actor in his impressive Black Adam costume.

Black Adam will introduce Dwayne Johnson as DC’s magically powered antihero in a film that sees him face off and join forces with the Justice Society of America. Johnson recently announced that the DC film would have a presence in the coveted Hall H at this year’s San Diego Comic-Con.

A new magazine cover offers a look at Dwayne Johnson’s Black Adam emerging from the darkness.

Black Adam strikes an intimidating pose on the new Den of Geek cover, with lightning bolts cutting through the darkness behind him.

This special collectors’ edition cover will be made available to fans for free at Comic-Con. The cover’s dramatic lighting highlights the incredible detail and textures that have gone into bringing Black Adam’s suit to life on the big screen, giving the antihero his air of power and mystique.

The image also comes with the promise that “the DC movie universe will never be the same.” Check out the new Den of Geek cover featuring Dwayne Johnson’s Black Adam below:

The first trailer for Black Adam teased the antihero’s rocky first encounter with the JSA, though whether Dwayne Johnson’s Teth-Adam will ultimately choose the way of a hero or a villain is not yet known.

Shazam! Fury of the Gods is also hosting a panel at Comic-Con next week. Given the long-standing comic-book enmity between Shazam and Black Adam, could they be headed for a big-screen confrontation?

Here is the synopsis for Black Adam:

Nearly 5,000 years after he was bestowed with the almighty powers of the ancient gods—and imprisoned just as quickly—Black Adam (Johnson) is freed from his earthly tomb, ready to unleash his unique form of justice on the modern world.
