A recently released video promoting Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness on TikTok features a new look at Elizabeth Olsen as the Scarlet Witch.

Anticipation is growing for next month’s Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, which sees Benedict Cumberbatch return as Marvel’s Master of the Mystic Arts, as last seen in Spider-Man: No Way Home. The movie is expected to deal with the fallout of No Way Home, which saw Strange breaching the boundaries of the multiverse. In order to help him navigate the dangers of multiple realities, Strange turns to Elizabeth Olsen’s Wanda Maximoff, who recently took on the moniker of the Scarlet Witch.

Elizabeth Olsen was last seen as Wanda in the Disney Plus series WandaVision, which reunited her with Avengers co-star Paul Bettany as the Vision. The series took Wanda on a dark journey as she realized the true extent of her power and came to learn that her grief had led to all the residents of the town of Westview being brainwashed and imprisoned to create her perfect world. Upon learning the true origins of her powers, Wanda embraced the mantle of the Scarlet Witch and began learning more about her abilities. Olsen is expected to portray Wanda and her variants across the multiverse in the Doctor Strange sequel.

While the new TikTok advert does not feature new footage of Wanda from the film itself, it does offer a better look at Olsen in full costume as the Scarlet Witch. Benedict Cumberbatch’s Doctor Strange also appears in the new promo. Check out images from the new video below:

Wanda looks particularly sinister in these new images, but this could be a sign that this is not the Wanda Maximoff of the MCU and rather one of her variants from another universe.

Here is the synopsis for Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness:
