Actress Elizabeth Tulloch has taken to her social media accounts to share a photo of herself and Tyler Hoechlin on set of the popular CW television series Supergirl, starring Melissa Benoist in the titular role. Fans of the show will know that Hoechlin portrays Clark Kent / Superman in the show, and made his first appearance in the 2016 episode “The Adventures of Supergirl,” the debut episode from the second season.
Any Superman fan will tell you that his love interest is Lois Lane, and up until now, we have not seen the popular character appear on Supergirl. In Tulloch’s behind-the-scenes photo, we see the two actors standing side by side, and it is hard to not be curious as to whether or not this iteration of Kent and Lane will be one to remember for years to come. Fans of the Supergirl television show luckily will not have to wait that long at all until they get yet another look at Superman and Lois Lane together on the silver screen. Tulloch seemingly confirms with this tweet that the two will be seen together on tonight’s episode of the show, which is sure to be a delight to fans of this iteration of the characters.
