During the newest episode of Supergirl entitled “Bunker Hill”, there was a scene in which John Wesley Shipp’s version of the Flash appears to escape The Monitor. This helps set up the events of the upcoming Elseworlds crossover in motion.
The scene shows the aftermath of The Monitor killing off heroes in Earth-90 although John Wesley Shipp’s Flash Barry Allen is shown to survive and escape from The Monitor’s threats. Shipp dons his original Flash suit in this scene.
